There are racist, anti-immigrant, and anti-trans measures on Colorado’s ballot this year. We didn’t ask for them.
Conservative billionaires and dark-money groups are spending millions to push their agenda through the ballot without the support of the people. They think they can buy their way into our elections and shape the choices we make for Colorado.
There are also measures that could tax the rich, fund our schools, and advance racial justice. This election is ultimately about money and power in politics.
Who can afford to buy an election? Billionaires. Who lives with the consequences? WE DO. So we made a progressive, bilingual ballot guide that says what we mean.
No decoding political jargon. No pretending these policies affect everyone equally. Just a bilingual guide to what’s on our ballot, what it would do, and what it means for our communities.
Election Information
Make sure you’re registered to vote, and your information is up to date. Check your registration and update your address or party affiliation on the Colorado Secretary of State’s website.
Important General Election Dates
- October 5th
- Ballots mailed to all active registered voters
- October 12th
- Ballot drop boxes open
- October 19th
- Voter Service Centers (VSPC) for in person voting open
- October 22nd
- Last day to mail your ballot back and ensure it arrives on time; last day to request a replacement ballot be mailed to you
- November 3rd
- Election Day; ballots must be received by 7 p.m.

The Primary Was Just the Beginning
Our communities showed up in Colorado’s 2026 primary, and COLOR Action Fund was there. We endorsed people-powered candidates, invested in races where our communities could make the difference, and reached thousands of young Latine voters directly. Our team texted 17,500+ young Latine voters across Denver City Council Districts 3, 7, and 11, generating 202 positive conversations and 171 commitments to vote. The primary helped determine who would make it onto the November ballot. Now we finish the job.
