Colorado’s only Latine-led reproductive justice political organization.

We are movement architects, truth-tellers, and defenders of our people. We build political power by endorsing values-aligned leaders, training the next generation, and holding elected officials accountable because representation without power changes nothing.

Representation Isn’t Enough. Power is the Point.

Latines make up 22% of Colorado’s population, yet remain dramatically underrepresented in elected office. This gap isn’t accidental. It’s the result of systems designed to exclude our communities from real decision-making. COLOR Action Fund exists to disrupt that imbalance and build governing power.

How We Build Power

Endorsements

We examine, evaluate, and endorse candidates who govern with reproductive justice values, reject corporate influence, and commit to accountability to Latine communities before they take office.

Scorecard

Our Legislative Scorecard documents how elected officials actually vote, show up, and govern, not how they campaign or brand themselves during the election season.

RJ Academy

Through the Reproductive Justice (RJ) Academy, we develop Latine movement leaders and candidates with political education, strategy, and courage to govern with integrity.

Accountability

We use authentic narrative power to name harm, demand transparency, and enforce reproductive justice values as a baseline for governance.

What We Fight For

Our politics are rooted in bodily autonomy and reproductive justice as a governing framework. We fight for abortion access, gender-affirming care, immigrant healthcare access, economic dignity, housing justice, and an end to systems that cage, surveil, and extract from our communities. We reject detention, deportation, and wealth-based punishment. And we hold a consistent commitment to human rights, everywhere, without exception.

We do not believe in neutral money, passive politics, or symbolic wins. We believe in building durable power that changes conditions on the ground and protects our people.
