Endorsement Process
Since 2018, COLOR Action Fund has activated members of the Latinx community in key target areas across Colorado to become vocal advocates, volunteers, and eventually, Reproductive Justice candidates for office at every level.
Not only are we a powerful messenger centering communities of color in the conversation, but we are the only political advocacy group in Colorado led by and for Latinas. COLOR Action Fund is THE messenger connecting with the Latino community to hold elected officials accountable.

We work to create the infrastructure to identify and support community leaders, increase Latinx representation in elected offices, build political influence, and reframe the narrative around our issues to pass legislation that empowers our communities ultimately.
The Small Donor Committee endorses and directly supports candidates dedicated to championing the values of reproductive justice. The COLOR Action Fund SDC is the only entity which endorses candidates using a Reproductive Justice framework, and the only entity in Colorado that can donate directly to these RJ Champs candidate campaigns.
When we endorse candidates, it is because they are #RJChampions who will represent our communities values in elected office. Together, we will change Colorado for the better.
In 2022, COLOR AF and COLOR SDC expanded our reach and endorsed not only state legislative races, but also statewide constitutional offices, Congressional, and US Senate races. 11 out of 13 of our endorsed candidates won their primary election, and from our General Election endorsement process, all 64 of our endorsed candidates won.
COLOR Action Fund Small Donor Committee (SDC) supports Reproductive Justice candidates for office at the State Legislative level - so we can find these leaders that truly represent our communities and support their candidacy!

This SDC runs the only candidate endorsement process in the state of Colorado entirely centered on the components of RJ:
